Scheduled refresh failure message: The command has been canceled

Hi All,

 

my scheduled refresh is getting failed since last 3 times with same message.

 

Message:The command has been canceled.Message: The command has been canceled.

i am getting my data through Odata feed.

 

and my one drive for business also up to date.

 

some times when i refcresh all tables from query editor using 'Refresh all' button all the tables are getting refreshed after i apply and close it looks fine.

but when i try to refresh again the report before publish it to service it is getting failed.

 

any help is most appreciable.

Thanks for the reply. by the way the issue is purely because of high density of data and low network bandwidth and i got sort that out.

Hi @narendra1,

 

According to your description, the scheduled refresh failed, neither did the refresh in Desktop. Please do some troubleshooting.

1. Can you provide the error message that showed up in the Desktop.

2. How many queries (tables) in your model? Maybe some queries need much longer time to refresh. 

3. Can you carry out a manual refreshing in the Service successfully?
