Is it in any way possible to set the Scheduled cache refresh to the 7 th. workday each month?

Hi there

Currently that is not possible via the Power BI Service.

You could use Microsoft flow to schedule the refresh.

Hi there

The data in the App will always show the latest version. So if you only update it on the 7th of a month, it will automatically show the data up to and including that data.
