Scheduled Refreshes not working - AADSTS90015: Requested query string is too long error

this happens for either files on Shared OneDrive or SharePoint.  Works fine in the desktop app and republishing (every day) but scheduled refresh or refresh data set online don't work  Get this query string too long after verifying my organizational ID and password.

In one Dashboard these had been working for couple of years, when I added a new file for 2020 (same as 2016-2019 files) that new one didn't work.

This week I've created 2 new Dashboards from scratch and tried connecting one to shared OneDrive file and one to SharePoint file.

I am on GCC if makes a difference.
