Scheduled Refresh stopped working, on demand no good either

All of a sudden our sheduled refresh stopped working

serveral reports, several data sources.

creds are all correct

downloading the report and refreshing data in the client works fine

gateway is online and no errors

manual refresh from web not working either

Please try to restart the gateway service for a test.

i have installed the latest gateway

i have restarted service

1 manual refresh worked for 1 report

the next automatic refresh didn't work

still have other reports not refreshing

Could you log into the On-Premise Data Gateway where it is installed on your Server and check the Network settings?
