I have a scheduled refresh which running without any issue all the while.
However, the refresh failed since 3 days ago with the status "Failed", when I open the show details and no error message. How do I know what is going wrong with the refresh?

Note: I have tried manual refresh and no error.

I encountered another issue with the external link in the dashboard tile.
When I click on the tile, it suppose to redirect me to the report level as I set in custom link.
However this is only work with the owner that publish the report.
Other user will see the report with empty data. Please find attached screenshot.
Is this related to the March release issue also? Please assist.
