Scheduled Refresh failed without error message

Hi,

 

I have a scheduled refresh which running without any issue all the while.

However, the refresh failed since 3 days ago with the status "Failed", when I open the show details and no error message. How do I know what is going wrong with the refresh?

Note: I have tried manual refresh and no error.

 

Please assist.

There is currently an issue with the Gateway where they recommend installing an update.

Hi,

 

I encountered another issue with the external link in the dashboard tile.

When I click on the tile, it suppose to redirect me to the report level as I set in custom link.

However this is only work with the owner that publish the report.

Other user will see the report with empty data. Please find attached screenshot.

Is this related to the March release issue also? Please assist.

I have updated my gateway service to the latest version and I am still getting error in my refresh.

Attached the screenshot.

I would suggest logging a support ticket or trying to troubleshoot with the verbose logs.

There are no other indications of what is causing the error.
