Scheduled Refresh Not Working : The operation was throttled

Hi Team,

I have 4 reports publihsed for scheduled refresh. Which refresh every 2 hours (different timings for refresh has been set). All the 4 reports use same data set. Just that the representation is different to cater to organizational need. All my reports were refreshing prefectly untill today. I am getting an error " India_Commit & State Of Business Review has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support. The operation was throttled by Power BI Premium because there were too many datasets being processed concurrently. Please try again later."

Can someone help and guide to resolve the issue.

Thanks in advance,

Krishna

hi  @KRISH80

It sounds like too many request are processing at same time so premium resource is running out and it can't handle new refresh operation, please review Yaswanth's reply in this similar thread.

In your scenario, please set schedule refresh for different datasets at different times, and make sure that you are using the latest version of gateway.

Please make sure that you don't schedule more than max parallel refreshes for the different nodes in these capacities. Also we suggest that you first disable all refreshes on all capacities. Then slowly enable the refreshes one by one. Make sure refreshes are staggered apart, and that no more than max concurrent refreshes happen at overlapping time periods.
