I had a similar issue to this a few days ago which was was resolved by refreshing the data gateway. It could be worthwhile to check your data gateway to see if there any update prompts.

Can you share screenshots about refreshing history for more error messages？
Please mask your private information before uploading.
Make sure that the computer where the gateway is installed is always on.
