Scheduled Data Refresh in Power BI Pro

Hello Team,
We know with Power BI Pro license we can do 8 scheduled refresh/day. Can you please confirm whether this limitation of 8 refreshes in at a dataset level or user level ? In other words, are we allowed 8 scheduled refesh/dataset/day or 8 scheduled refresh/user/day ?
Would also appreciate if you can share some official documentation about the same.Thanks in advance 🙂

I just found this quick, I think it's 8 scheduled refreshes a day/user.
