Schedule refresh fails from multiple data sources

Hi

I have a dashboard connected to on prem and D365 Online. Schedule refresh fails and I get the following error message.

"Something went wrong
We reached the data gateway, but the gateway can't access the on-premises data source "

At the sametime there is another dashboard linked to Sharepoint Online and on prem and successfully refreshes.

Hi there

If you log into your On-Premise server where you have the gateway installed can you access the on-premise data source?
