According to your description, you showed the duplicate lines on the Matrix. Right?
Looking at the relevant information and documentation, I think this ICM is similar to your situation, the ICM ID is: 335910298 , "Matrix Visual is showing duplicate parts after Drill Down".
At present, the problem is existing in Power BI Service, is under investigation by product group, and there is no clear time for the issue fix.
