I have created a dashboard in an app workspace in PowerBI. I have shared this dashboard with users. The users have accessed the dashboard in their D365 CRM environment with no problem. However, the same dashboard now appears several times in the drop-down list of available dashboards. The repeated dashboards cannot be deleted as a security error pops up when attempting to delete these dashboards.
Hi hadinahvi,
Which error are you encountering with? Could you post some screenshots or your issue for further analysis?
Regards,
Jimmy Tao
Hi Jimmy,
Any ideas why this would be hapenning and how to fix?
Thank you
We are having the same issue, opened up 2 caases with MS and they cannot even figure it out, they need to find software engineers that know their applications
