SAP HANA and Service Now in PowerBI

Hi All,

Can someone please let me know on the below queries on connection to Service Now and SAP HANA:

I am on Version: 2.70.5494.562 64-bit (June 2019)

1. Connection to Service Now :

I am trying to connect to Service Now , I got the below article.

The options mentioned in the blog are :

Option 1. Connect to ServiceNow content pack directly in Power BI Service. You can review the tutorial here.

The URL doesnt open up
Option 2. Connect to ServiceNow via PBIT file in Power BI Desktop, then publish the PBIX file to Power BI Service。

Under the instructions , I do not find point 2 (In the Services box, select Get.) in Power BI. I do not find the Services box.

2. Connection to SAP HANA.

I have tried to connect to SAP HANA, but the direct query option is diabled.

Can someone please help me with the above two.

I am on 2.70.5494.661 64-bit (June 2019) version of PBI and surprisingly "Direct Query" on SAP HANA is missing.

Were you able to submit a ticket with Microsoft ?
