How can we add 1000+ users as a viewer for the power bi workspace and provide them the Row Level Security?

Hi, @PrabodhPurwar 

To add 1000+ users to your Power BI workspace, I think you can add these users to an office 365 group first then add the office 365 groups as a viewer of the power bi workspace. You can also add the office 365 groups to the RLS roles of your dataset. This can be more convenient than adding these users one by one.

Here’s a form about the number of members limitations in office 365 groups:

Maximum...	Value
Owners per group	100
Groups a user can create	250
Groups an admin can create	Up to default tenant limit of 500K
Number of members	More than 1,000 Users might notice delays when accessing the calendar and conversations in large groups in Outlook
File storage	1 Terabyte + 500 Megabytes per subscribed user + any additional storage purchased. You can purchase an unlimited amount of additional storage.
