Roles demanding pro user

Is it true that the all users of a dashboard needs to be pro users, if admin have set up any Roles?

@tommy-olsen I guess you're are referring to row level seucrity roles ? If yes then yes it is a Pro feature and so your users will also need Pro account. You and users can get Pro trial account that will give you 60 days of free trial and can be extended.
