We are sharing a report outside of our organization using PowerBI Premium. While testing, we noticed that a user outside of the organization must consent that their data will be used according to our organization rules. It looks like below. While this is completely necessary, there are some issues that we are trying to resolve here:
1) How do we provide a link to the terms, as stated in the message below? Can it be done per shared item (dashboard/report/workspace) or is it organization-wide only?
2) We also checked the information with a different language (Polish), and it was not as accurate as the counter-part in English. It basically says 'Read information about your profile', without explicitly stating what exactly will be shared. Is there a way to influence this translation, or to force it to appear in English?
3) This is unlikely but: can we influence the wording of the information itself?
4) Is there a way to influence what will be shared with our organization by outside user? As in: can we not require a user to share anything so this consent information is unnecessary?
Thanks for your help

Hi @Anonymous,
1. Actually, for each user outside the organization who have access to the Premium tenant for the first time, they will see the Review information box when they click the shared content(report/dashboard/app) link.
2.By my test, the language of Review information box is influenced by the Browser language the user used. If the user want to see the Review information box with English, just change the Browser language to English.
3. I'm afraid that we cannot influence the wording of the information itself.
4. This qusetion is similar with the first one. If you have access to the Tenant for the first time, you should accept the permissions.
Best Regards,
Cherry
