Restrict access to some apps

Hi,

I have a group of users for which I want to restrict access to some apps. I can't find anywhere such functionality in Power BI. I don't want to restrict content with RLS, just wanna allow them see 2 out of 10 apps.

Is there such functionality as User Groups/Roles ? We are using Pro version. I'm sorry if the topic has already been raised but I couldn't find anywhere a decent explanation of how to do what I want.

@Anonymous - it would be very helpful to start an audit/clean up process of who you actually want to give the App access to and who you DO NOT. Based on that you can create an AAD Group I guess and assign users you want to give access to that group and share this app with only those groups.

Hi @Anonymous,

As @nirvana_moksh said, you can share the app to the groups as you want.

@Anonymous - You can always NOT share the App with these users and also not have them in that workspace (to avoid report/dashboard access) and only share the app with users you want to grant access to. Are your Apps granted access to the entire org. or specific people?
