Republishing app is failing

This hasnt happened before but I now cant republish my App

I cant find any decent information about unpublishing an republishing to see if that will help? Is anyone else having these issues?

When I go into the Admin Portal, All I can see is Capacity Settings as a menu item and nothing else

 

Its still failing

However other Apps are updating fine. its only the one thats not

Hello, it looks like this issue usually gets resolved by Internally: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Cannot-update-app/idi-p/340893

Workarounds would be to republish the pbix from desktop to service and publishing a new app. Not ideal but if you can try do delete the content in the service and then republish from pbix.
