None of our organizations reports are loading in the service this am. Is there something we could have done to cause this?

This is an issue at the Power BI Services end and the product team seems to be working on it.
Many users are experiencing this issue and some users are not able to Edit/Download files from Services which were doable till now.
Go to this link where Microsoft tells its known issues and you will see the issue in Awareness section(right side of screen).
