Reports fails to refresh through On-premises data gateway.

Hello Everyone,

I am facing an issue while refreshing Power BI reports through gateway.

The issue is, my reports are failed to refresh when I tried to refresh them through on-premises data gateway, but the same reports are refreshing successfully through personal data gateway.

I am providing same credentials to both the gateways while creating data source into them.

For your information, Backend source of report is MS Access and it is located on network drive.

I wonder if there were some error messages when the refresh failed. Did you use R or Python scripts which is supported only on personal gateway. The following table describes differences between an on-premises data gateway and an on-premises data gateway (personal mode).
