Our report takes a very long time to load. We are accessing it at https://app.powerbi.com
We saw that the request that takes the longest is https://wabi-north-europe-redirect.analysis.windows.net/explore/conceptualschema
The request can take anywhere from 36 seconds to even 4-5 minutes.
Sometimes it also fails with status 500.
An example of requests we have seen during a report load:
- First request fails with Status 500 after 3 seconds (RequestId: b5379595-06b9-87f7-e9da-e842dc6a796d)
- Next request fails with Status 500 after 47 seconds (RequestId: 88a12289-805c-7ac1-a3e2-d8a81cd61eff)
- Next request succeeds with Status 200 in less than 1 second (RequestId: f8760264-7aff-bf65-d872-8d863dc2dc25)
Another time the request took 4.3 minutes to finish (RequestId: 5aad0f4a-fdeb-c938-64d5-8de1ae52c3bb).

Which browser did you use? Please try to run IE browser in InPrivate mode, then log in Power BI service to view the reports for a test. Besides, here is a blog about how to fix error 500 for your reference.
