Report structure not ready when sent

Hello, I send a lot of dashboards monthly as a subscription by mail. The text of the mail contains a preview with a link and a png as an attachment.

Unfortunately, the reports are not completely structured when the mail is sent,so only dotted circles appear in the emails and the preview.

A dashboard takes about 10-30 seconds to set up. I won't be able to optimize this either.
Is there a possibility to delay the sending time of PowerBI (for example "after 30 seconds at the earliest")
Thank you for your help,

Tober

Hi @Tober1996

In Subscribe Function, the minimum Scheduled Time interval is 15min.

So we can't delay the second subscribe email after 30S.

Hi Rico, thanks for this information. I posted it as an idea with the topic

"Set time delay between the creation and sending of reports when subscribed"

Please vote for it, so that microsoft will notice and solve it !!!

Thanks

Tober

Hi there

I do not know of any settings to change this.

The only thing that springs to mind is to try and load the dashboard tiles before sending out the email subscription so that the dashboard tile items are cached?
