setup: report in service can connect to 2 enterprise gateways
1) my laptop on en-nl
2) vm win-server2012 on en-us
Report was created in en-nl
odbc: cData to Google Big Query
Report is able to refresh on gateway on my laptop, but not the VM server.
I have tried to put the report on en-us, didn't work. VM Server on en-nl, didn't work either.
Error remains the same:
Underlying error code: | -2147467259 Table: Calendar. |
Underlying error message: | The specified culture is not supported. |
DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult: | -2147467259 |
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Detail: | en-NL |
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Reason: | DataFormat.Error |
Hope some of you have a suggestion.
Thanks,
Johan
Solved! Go to Solution.
I figured out myself.
You need to set the region settings in pbix file under options to the same value as the gateway server. En-us is most used I guess.
This was mentioned before on the forum, but what is not mentioned is that after setting this value, you need to refresh the queries in pbi-desktop before publishing the report. Only then the new region setting is used in the service while refreshing.
