Report refresh failure

Hi,

One of my report is not getting refreshed and error message is:

"XYZ Repprt has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Microsoft SQL: Cannot connect to database when it is paused. Table: Query1."

I am using Azure SQL database.

Please help to get rid of this.

Thanks..

The clue in that message about your database being Paused likely means something needs to be checked on your Azure resources.  Are your databases set to be paused at certain times?  I know some companies do this to reduce costs.  We pause our Dev resources when they are not being used.  We also have some resources we pause overnight.

@Anonymous , Thanks for your comment. It may be due to save the cost also the scheduled refresh was success today.

thanks
