I have a report in the PBI pro service where the performance - i.e. how long it takes for visuals to render - gets worse over time
The client is opening the report in the morning and then keeping it open throughout the day. However, over time the performance degrades until their machine / browser can’t take it anymore and they are forced to shoutdown and restart.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
There are definitely some measures in our report that our inefficient, but could these end up leading to poor performance of other pages and effect the whole dashboard? I'd like to be sure that there's nothing else going on.
For example, is it possible that the access token expires (after an hour?) and when the user interacts with the dashboard after that they're experincing a delay whilst a new token is fetched?
