I have a bunch of reports which are almost identical, they are all uploaded to the service. Once report was changed within the service last week, so the online version is out of sync with the desktop file. Suddenly, the report no longer loads, it's not just empty, not even the task bar will load. If I upload the old file it works but all changes made last week are gone. What could be the reason for the report not loading and is there a way to restore it? And what could have caused this in the first place?
I dont know is it the same issue but our raport works rly slow today. It is look like on your screen.
Thank you, does yours load after some time? I have waited up to 30 minutes and nothing happened so I assumed it would not load, especially because none of the other reports have issues
Okay, that could be a wrong impression. The reports will open after a few minutes and we have the problem with all reports.
Hi. It sounds like an issue with your browser. I would flush the cache and remove all cookies. Then try again. You can also test in a different browser as private/incognite mode. You can also ask a mate if they are having the same issue or if it is just you.
In case nothing of that works, I don't think a shared capacity would do that, do you have dedicated capacity? can you check if it is overloaded?

Sadly, the issue is the same with any browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) and on multiple machines (Windows and Mac) and we do not have dedicated capacity. Also, all other reports work just fine
