Report fast in one workspace and slow in other one

Hi, I work at a company that has several workspaces. I have a report initially published in one workspace and it ran very fast. However when I publish the same exact report in other workspace it runs slower and takes too long to switch between pages. 

 

Any help would be very appreciated!!

If that is the case are there a lot of reports on the slow workspace?

 

Also is the workspace using premium capacity? If so I would check the Premium Metrics app to see what is consuming the memory and CPU
