Report does not display in app.powerbi

Hi

I published a report from Desktop (which works fine there) to the online app - however nothing is displaying - it is a report freqently used in the past by multiple users and now all of a sudden does not display anything online for anyone ?

I tried to read through previous solutions but nothing concrete there to assist ? 

The online version only has blank pages and I'm not sure what to do ?

Hi @NadiaLR1234 

Obviously, this is a problem caused by the gateway not being set up correctly . You need turn on the gateway and add data souce in Manage gateways in Service . You can refer to the following documents to configure your gateway .

yes - this is what I see online 

but desktop it's displaying eg:

Odd... Did you try to republish the report? Or to delete the dataset from the Power BI service and publish the report again?

Can it be the gateway - not sure how to fix it?

If you're using a GW, you need to fix it definitely.

Do you mean that you can go into the report in Power BI Service (you see report pages), but the window is blank and without any notifications or error messages?
