Hi @cbertrand ,
You share dashboards, reports or applications with external users, who will not see it in power Bi, but can only access it through the link of email
To access this dashboard or report later, they need to bookmark the link.
This is a related link, hope it can help you:

Hi Collinq,
I don't have issue with permission or RLS, as the person can acces the report when he opens it form the mail when I shared the report. Do you agree with this statement ?
I will check the email/licence association..
I'll come back with some news
Christophe
Hi @cbertrand ,
The person has to be signing in with the userid that you shared it with AND the PRO license has to be associated with that userid. For example, if you share to Collin@234.com but the Pro License is for Collin@abc.com then it won't work. Also, have you confirmed that the admin has set the permissions so that external people CAN access your shared reports (it is theoretically possible to allow external sharing but not external users). And, are you using RLS that is stopping this user from seeing the report?
I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!
