Hi everybody!
I have a question. In my company, 10-15 people create reports with Power BI but 150-200 people want to just see these reports. What can I do? They dont want to use another different account. They dont want to publish report to web. So I need your help.

Hi @BirhanAYDS ,
If you want to share reports with users, you need to publish these reports to Power BI Service. Then the users can consume them by your sharing reports or giving them workspace permissions. You can check this official documentation to learn about different sharing methods. And these report consumers need to have a pro license or the report needs to be in a workspace in a Premium capacity.
Here are some good blog posts, you can take a look at them. Hope that they can help you find a report sharing method suitable for your company scenario.

Use the pricing calculator to find an appropriate model for you . Remember it's not just the licenses. You need the Capacity SKU too.
