Report Usage Metrics

Hello!

Report Usage Metrics is not working in one of my reports. I only see the "Total views rank" figure, nothing else.

Any idea how I can fix this? Thank you!

Hi @msm2018,

 

Are your Power BI cluster located in North Europe? There is a known issue that some Power BI users in North Europe will be experiencing blank visuals in their Usage Metrics Reports, which is fixed yesterday. I would suggest you try again in your environment.

 

If the issue persists, please view the report then wait for 24 hours to see if other visuals in the usage metrics report have data.

Yes, I am located in Northern Europe. I check the Usage Metrics report and it is working now.
