No usage showing on reports since 8/31/2018 even though users are using them including myself. Has Microsoft reported any issue with this recently? Looks like this has been an issue periodically for other customers based my search. Our cloud data is stored in North Central US (Illinois).

By my tests in my site, I cannot reproduce your issue.
In addition, we have not encountered similar problems recently.
Do you have this issue only for one report Usage Metrics or all the reports?

It was for all Usage Metrics reports in all workspaces. When I checked this AM, it is now showing usage from yesterday 9/6/2018 but it no activity from 9/1 to 9/5. Seems a bit fishy to me but nonetheless I'm happy to see the activity again. Just makes me wary of the reliability of this data. It's important data to be able to be able to justify license assignments to users.
