Report Subscription Issue

Hi,

I have a Daily Metric report that refreshed every 2 hrs. I subcribed this report and ask to send me update every day once. The interesting thing is that it works for most of the days but sometimes (like 2 times a week), it reports back this issue while loading. I don't know what is the problem (the report runs smoothly) and why sometimes it happens, sometimes it doensn't?

Hi there

What I have found is that if your report pages takes a long time to load (due to performance issues, which should ideally be looked at) you will get the error above. Whilst if you have a page that loads within a second or two it will always display the data correctly.

My personal understanding is that when the subscription runs, it waits a few seconds to build the image based off the report. And after that time it then sends the image.

As with your error it is saying unable to load the model, which could indicate a performance issue.

Hi @Anonymous,

For this problem, I would suggest you create a support ticket for further analysis.

Before that, please try the workarounds mentioned in below link to see if it works.

Email subscription: something went wrong - unable to load the model

Best regards,
