The Meta Data on the Power BI Service for a Report show does not show the true “Owner” of the report or who has last touched/updated it.. In fact now today it is showing something different label, instead of "Owner" it shows the “Contact” but the value shown is simply the name of the workspace..
Is the fields on teh drop down "configurable" .. or at least is there a place that defines what is showing?

not solved...
No information as to why and how the meta data is rendered...
The meta data about a report is now showing a field called "Contact".. what is this? or rather where is this coming from?
It's not showing the name of the person that posted the report...
It’s not a Desktop problem.. These are reports being created by users of the Workspace on the Power BI Service. When they create a report the Metadata does NOT show them as the owner..
Hi @Anonymous
I think that might be the issue with why the data is not coming through, because the meta data might be part of the Power BI Desktop report.
Hi @Anonymous ,
In classic workspace, the only owner is the workspace.
But in new workspace, Admin and Member can both be owner.
