Remove a dashboard created by ex-employee

There is a dashboard that was created by an employee who is no longer with our company and shared via the "free" sharing option vs. a Group Workspace or Content Pack.  The coworkers who she shared the dashboard with can still view the dashboard even though her ID  has been deleted from the tennant.  Does anyone have advice on how this dashboard can be removed now that her ID has also been removed?  Thanks for your help.

Based on test, I find only the owner can remove the shared content pack.("Settings" -> "View Content Pack")

If the owner has been remove from tennant, I think it is impossible to remove the shared content packs.

For your requirement, you can post it to ideas.
