Refresh tiles questions

Hi there

so I am not sure if this is an issue with Powerbi Service or browser issue.

Basically we publish our dashboard on a touch screen (wallboard) that displays during the office hours

Enterprise gateway is scheduled to refresh every morning at 6am.

What Im not sure is that, unless press F11 to refresh the browser, how can I make sure the latest data is displayed? Do I need to keep refreshing my browser or this is handled on PowerBI Service?

Hope my question makes sense.

@Anonymous The tiles should automatically update every 15 minutes or so. You shouldn't need to manually refresh the browser window.
