Refresh failure in Power bi Service using On premis Gateway

Hi 

I am getting this issue while refreshing the report using the on-premises data gateway
Data source: Access DB
from the power bi  desktop, it is refreshing without any issues
and with a personal gateway from a local machine, it is refreshing without any issue,

but when the on-premises data gateway is used from the server it is showing the dataformat.error

Let me know if there is any way to resolve this issue,
