Refresh failed no error message

Hi All,

 

I am having an issue with the refresh on a particular dataset. Like most of the times, it works on PBI desktop but not on the service. I always a USELESS message. I tried changing the credentials, republishing the files etc., and nothing so far.  
The Error is here:

I tried for 2 days, so if anyone had a similar case that can help me. 
BTW: NO GATEWAY are included.

No, it was a different issue with the Google Analytics connector as mention by the support team.

Can you please share us some detail content about your issue to help clarify your scenario?

 

For example:

Data source type, connection mode, data credentials, related screenshots.

Hi @v-shex-msft,

The current data source is the Google Analytics connector, therefore data credentials are OAuth and we also have web connectors but those are working fine. I check today and the GA was asking me again the credentials. 

Here is the screenshot.

HI @Jmenas,

 

I guess your issue may related to merge data source, I'd like to suggest you to split your report to different reports, each report use one datasource.

 

What effect if you test with above scenario?
