Refresh failed in power bi service

I have used SAP Hana datasource and getting the below error while giving data source connection in gateways.

ODBC: ERROR [08S01] [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB DLL][HDBODBC] Communication link failure;-10709 Connect failed (connect timeout expired)

Hi @mounikac,

May I know how you connect to SAP HANA from Power BI Desktop? By SAP HANA connector or By ODBC connector?

You may refer to this issue to setup gateway for your SAP HANA data source.
