Refresh failed any other planned refresh

Hi community

I have not been able to find any similar problem on the forum. I have a couple of scheduled refresh during the day for a set of data. The data source is composed of combined excel files hosted on two different sharepoint folders. 

Every day, some of the scheduled refresh succeed, and some fail. Sometimes the error message says "unable to connect to sharepoint folder 1", sometimes, "unable to connect to folder 2". There has not been any change in the query, and most of the time, no change in the data itself (no additional excel file among the sharepoint folders). Refresh systematically works in PBI Desktop when triggered manually. 

 

Can anyone think of anything?

How could you get data form the SharePoint folder? Could you have refered below link:

And could you have checked with your credential in Power BI Service:

thank you for your help!

This is indeed exactly how I have sourced my data : combining specific tables from specific excel sheets of similar Excel files hosted on sharepoint folders. 

I'm signed in with my Organisation Microsoft Office 365 account credentials.

I insist on the fact that the refresh actually works sometimes, but not every time.

For example, it failed yesterday at 4PM, and worked this morning at 7am.

It also systematically works on the PBI Desktop version of the report when triggered manually.
