Refresh fail thru Power Bi enterprise gateway

Hi,

I have azure sql db with one table having 3.6 Millions of records.
I imported full data in 2 hours and published it.
But now when refresh it thru power bi enterprise gateway, it fails after approx 60 -70 min.
What could be the reason? Any guess?

@Anonymous I agree with @ankitpatira, otherwise you could try out the new Analysis Services Tabular in Azure. It's a new (PaaS) Platform as a Service in preview. Details here

@Anonymous For that much amount of data I won't suggest you importing it and then refreshing. Instead user DirectQuery feature which would be much more faster and you don't need to worry about setting up gateway or anything since db is in azure.
