Refresh at the start of the week not showing right week number

Hi guys,

I have a report that gets refreshed and we use early Monday mornings. while the dataset refreshes fine, my reports are not showing the current week.

Im using a typical weeknum(today()) in my calander table with the week starting Monday, but for some reason power bi doesnt seem to think the week has started yet. (If i refresh in afternoon/next day the weeks are fine). Im thinking this might be a UTC issue (we are UTC+8). If this is the issue, is there somewhere in my report/query/dataset settings that I can edit to make the week start at UTC+8 12:00am? We really need this report ready to go at 8am.

If this isnt the issue does anyone know why it might be happening.

You might change the refresh Time zone from setting below.

This setting will change the time that the dataset is refreshed, which works well. However my issue is that the actual dax time intelligence that controls the today() function still seems to run on UTC time. So while my dataset will refresh at 4am as scheduled, the weeks showing in my reports on a monday morning will be incorrect as the report still shows the previous week as we're UTC+8.

I hope this makes sense.
