Refresh Issue - TDS Buffer Length Too Large

Hi all,

 

Getting the following error message when trying to refresh a table in the service.

 

Last refresh failed: Fri May 17 2019 12:13:49 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time) 
Unable to connect to the data source undefined.

Underlying error message:Microsoft SQL: TDS buffer length too large

Hi @Anonymous ,

I have searched the error and get below information:

Could not parse IP address from AAD JWT: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Microsoft.PowerBI.ServiceCommon.HttpUtils.GetClientIPAddress(HttpRequestMessage httpRequestMessage)

Based on my research, this error means taht you are trying to use a null object as if it was a properly referenced object. Most of the time, when you try to assing value into object, and if the value is null, then this kind of exception occur. NullReferenceException indicates that you are trying to access member fields, or function types, on an object reference that points to null. That means the reference to an Object which is not initialized.
