Refresh Failure in PowerBI Service

Hello,

Schedule Refresh Failure in PowerBI service but successful in Desktop.. Gateway connections, Data Source credentials are well configured. Refresh Failure error is blank..

What is the data source?

Can you provide a snapshot of the refresh history window?

You could try to open a support ticket. It is free if you have a Pro account.
