Refresh 8 Times a Day

Hi - I am a Power BI pro user and trying to refresh datasets 8 times a day. My question is that 8 times start from 12 AM to 12 AM of the server time or is it rolling 24 hours from my 1st refresh time?

per day, so 1/1/2020 you can refresh 8 times, 1/2/2020 8 times more and so on, not 24 hours from the first refresh its per day limit 8 for power bi pro licences
