I have about 10 users all of whom have Pro Licences, with whom I share dashboards. When I share a dashboard, the recipients are currently receiving TWO identical emails from me, with exactly the same content etc.
Any ideas what is going on, and how to resolve this?
Just wondering if you have any update on this issue. The people with whom I am sharing dashboards are getting frustrated with the duplicate emails they are receiving when I share a dashboard !
