Recent tab shows reports that were deleted / clear Recent report tab

Hello all,

Have a question regarding the Recent tab in the service.

by default it shows the last 20 reports by recent open or by name.

question 1 :

is there a way to set a different number of reports that will show in that list ? (like 5)

question 2 :

Currently the list has also the reports that were previously deleted from the workspace, but I can't seem to have an option to clear them from that list.

any ideas anyone ?

Regarding the reports that were previously being deleted but still showing up in the "Recent" tab, you can simply click on that particular report and you will be shown some pop-up about the report being unavailable or something. Simply click OK and voila the deleted report is cleared from the "Recent" tab.

Currently, there is no options to set a different number of reports shown in the Recent List, and there is no options to remove a record from that list either. You can submit your requirements on Power BI Ideas and vote it up to improve Power BI and make it better.
