Receiving errors when attempting to read mail from specific shared mailbox

Receiving the same error that a few posters have posted related to using a mailbox (not shared) as a dataset and getting an error:

DataSource.Error: ErrorItemNotFound: The specified object was not found in the store. Details: DataSourceKind=Exchange DataSourcePath=<accountname> Details=

The permissions should work because we're using the users account itself to access the mailbox and have tried accessing it with our Exch admin accounts as well. I've asked our Exch admin to check permissions, folder names, and other stuff but there isn't anything truly special about the account excluding that in AD we do not have a UPN defined for the account. Is there anything else anybody has ideas on for this error? I can submit a case to MSFT support if need be.

Hi @cvillegas ,

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce your issue here. I recommend you to create a support ticket for help if you are a pro user.
