Really strange date issue due to BST

I was having an issue taking data from Dynamics NAV where a date was entered as 1/9/21 and appeared in the DB at 31/8/21 23:00:00.  In power query I applied the local time step so date corrected to 01/09/21 00:00:00. This seems to work, but this month suddenly not working.  In Power BI Desktop I see the data under 1/9, but once its published it shows as 31/8? What I cant understand is since I extract the date after local time ocnversion surely it is locked as 1/9?

Any explanation/fix appreciated as wrecking all our monthly reporting

Thanks

Mike

In case anyone else has the same issue I discovered the fix after talking to support.

My oringal code used  Change Type/Using locale Date  followed by Transform - Date Only to have a date from a datetime.  However when this is published for some reason the Extract Date step extracts the date efore the Locale was applied (despite being the 2nd step)

Instread use  Change Type/Using locale Date  followed by  Change Type Date. Now it seems ot be ok after publishing.

The first code worked fine until this month so something has been changed in the service that has broken this combination of steps.
