Hey there,
I've created a problem when I started with RLS: My dataset and report is shared for multiple users.
Then I added a further user who's access should be restricted to specific rows in the dataset. Therefore I wanted to use RLS:
I created a role with the respective filter and added the user to the role in the PBI Service.
So far so good: It is working exactly as I wanted for this user.
But:
All other users (not on any role) do now receive an error, when opening the report.
I understand that all users that are not assigned to a role, cannot see the report anymore. 😕
Is there an option to create another role and automatically assign all other users to this role?
Thanks in advance!
Nico

Hi @Nicolas_viet,
Based on my research, you could set a role in Power BI with no filters to let the all other users to see the whole report, but I am afraid that you could not assign the users to the role automatically, you have to assign the users to the role manually.
