RLS not working properly on service

I deployed a report on service and it was working perfectly fine with RLS till last week. Now, the data is not getting synced on the service.

If you have applied RLS before refreshing, and it can be displayed normally in Service, log in with the same account after refreshing, and the display is abnormal, then eliminate the problem of RLS. You need to troubleshoot issues related to refresh .

(1)Please check the gateway you used whether is online .

(2)Please check the gateway of data source you used whether is successfully .If no ,check your credentials and update it with correct content .

(3)Please check the Gateway connection in Settings .The dataset must map the gateway of data source .

After troubleshooting the steps above , you can refresh dataset manually and see the result in Refresh history .

Another possibility is that you added other data sources to the original dataset, but did not set the relevant credentials. You can check it in Data source settings in Desktop .

Data being refreshed/synced is not related to RLS. Check out your Gateway.

The deaktop application is working fine but the service hosted report is not displaying all the visuals - we have the RLS applied and thus was suspecting if there can be a sync issue between service and AAD
